Registered address (sometimes called company seat) is a term used in most of Central and Eastern European countries for the legally assigned address utilized by each company required by local jurisdiction of Central & Eastern Europe countries. Newly incorporated company must announce their registered address together with the legal title of the office to Trades Register and Commercial Register.

 

 

 

 

According to legal requirements of countries in Central and Eastern Europe, each newly incorporated company or branch of a foreign company registered in the CEE must have a registered address which, according to valid legal requirements, must fulfill certain conditions:

  1. Site needs to be readily available for post to be delivered; company name and Company Registration Number must be properly indicated. It is not possible to use a PO Box address as the Registered Office Address.
